"Los que integramos el heroico cuerpo de bomberos pertenecientes a temixco venimos a denunciar de manera anónima al CMDTE RAÚL VALENZUELA FARFÁN secretario administrativo de protección y auxilio ciudadano. ya que ayer 11 de mayo del 2016, por la mañana nos pidió la renuncia voluntaria a los más de 20 bomberos que integramos dicha corporación. con el pretexto que el mando único le dio la orden de darnos de baja."
También en el correo electrónico mencionan que el coordinador administrativo Alexis razcon de la paz les exigió a otros elementos dinero para no darlos de baja por que reprobaron los famosos exámenes de control de confianza:
"Este no ha sido el único caso fue desde hace aproximadamente un mes donde 4 de nuestros compañeros fueron llamados por el lic. Alexis Rascón de la paz, para pedirles la renuncia ya que supuestamente teníamos plaza de policías pero habían reprobado las pruebas de control y confianza hace 1 año y la anterior secretaria nos había mandado a bomberos y protección civil para no perder nuestro empleo.
En dicha reunión nos pidió la cantidad de $5000.00 pesos (cinco mil pesos) para que no nos dieran de baja y poder seguir ganándonos el pan de cada día y le daba carpetazo a nuestro asunto, también menciono que el comandante Valenzuela tenía conocimiento de eso."

Un comando armado privo de su libertad a dos vecinos de la colonia Loma Bonita, mientras que un comerciante al evadir el “levantón” resulto lesionado de un balazo.
Dos horas después, los cuerpos los hombres retenidos fueron hallados sin vida en la calle Real del Puente en la colonia Alcanfores.
La Procuraduría General de Justicia (PGJ) de Morelos informó que las víctimas fueron identificadas por sus familiares.
Se trata de Carlos Israel "N" de 22 años de edad, vecino de la calle Zacatecas; y Jesús Patrició "N" de 31 años, vecino de la calle Puebla, ambos de oficio albañil.
De acuerdo con el reporte de la fiscalía del estado en la escena fueron localizados 17 cartuchos percutidos de tres calibres diferentes.
La Policía Preventiva de Xochitepec informó que la victimas fueron privados de su libertad en un hecho donde también un hombre resulto lesionado, propietario de una tienda ubicada en la colonia Unidad Morelos.
No obstante el hombre alcanzó a cerrar su negocio y los pistoleros dispararon contra la cortina del establecimiento, resultando herido de bala en el pecho.
El hombre fue trasladado al hospital comunitario de la colonia Villa de Las Flores de Temixco.
En ambos lugares, los agresores dejaron un mensaje presuntamente firmado por un grupo de la delincuencia organizada.
ARDE RUTA 11 POR CORTO CIRCUITO
Un corto circuito provocó un incendio de un microbús de la ruta 19 sin que por fortuna se reportaran personas lesionadas.

Elementos de la policía federal realizaron un operativo en el fraccionamiento Villas de Xochitepec y rescataron a una comerciante secuestrado además auxiliaron a la esposa de un agente federal que se encontraba retenida.
El hecho ocurrió alrededor de las 21:30 horas del martes cuando vecinos de tercera sección del fraccionamiento denunciaron la presencia de un grupo en uno de los departamentos.
Fuentes oficiales indicaron que los sospechosos mantenían retenida a la propietaria del domicilio, quien es esposa de un policía federal y quien denunció el hecho.
Por tal motivo, los federales llevaron a cabo un operativo con el apoyo de nueve patrullas pero los delincuentes al observar la presencia policial lograron darse a la fuga.
En el domicilio, los uniformados localizaron a un hombre de 56 años de edad, comerciante del municipio de Tlaltizapan, y quien el pasado lunes fue privado de su libertad, confirmo la fuente oficial.
REALIZAN JUICIO ORAL CONTRA MUJER INIMPUTABLE POR HOMICIDIO CALIFICADO.
La justicia oral enfrenta hoy un primero caso donde el presunto responsable es considerado como inimputable, es decir que el indiciado se exime de responsabilidad penal por no poder comprender la ilicitud de un hecho punible.
Se trata del asunto de Raquel “N” de 22 años de edad, aprehendida el 5 de marzo 2010 por el delito de homicidio calificado, y considerada por la autoridad judicial como una persona inimputable debido a su salud mental.
Raquel es vinculada con el homicidio de Elvia “N” de 26 años, cuyo cuerpo mutilado y quemado fue encontrado por trabajadores de la empresa PASA, la tarde del miércoles 3 de marzo en el interior de bolsas de plástico, del tiradero de Loma de Mejía del Ejido de Chipitlán.
En una audiencia celebrada la mañana del jueves, el psicólogo forense, Ricardo Orellana Rodríguez, testificó que Raquel padece de un trastorno de afecto y sentimiento, con un alto riesgo de violencia.
Con base en las pruebas psicológicas utilizadas para evaluar la conducta de una persona, la inimputable es clasificada como psicópata, es decir que no presenta sentimientos de afecto por tal motivo se recomienda una vigilancia permanente.
APREHENDEN A CINCO HOMBRES Y UNA MUJER SEÑALADOS COMO PRESUNTOS SECUESTRADORES
La Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro, en coordinación con la Policía Federal, aprehendió a cinco hombres y una mujer relacionados con los delitos de privación ilegal de la libertad y extorsión agravada cometidos en contra de un productor de caña y sorgo.
El incidente ocurrió el 27 de marzo del año en curso, la víctima fue interceptada por cuatro sujetos encapuchados y armados en el campo denominado Los Sauces, del Higuerón, Municipio de Jojutla.
El grupo de delincuentes cercaron entre el cultivo de cañas a su victima, y arremetieron a golpes en su contra, y posteriormente lo amarran de las manos y dejaron en dicho lugar.
Derivado de este hecho, la víctima fue extorsionada por los imputados en al menos cuatro ocasiones y le exigieron diferentes cantidades de dinero, a cambio de no causarle un daño a él y a su familia.
Ante esta serie de amenazas la victima pagó el dinero y por temor a represalias decidió no denunciar pero cansado de la situación y de las constantes llamadas de extorsión, el agraviado decidió denunciar finalmente el caso.
Mediante un operativo conjunto implementado por agentes ministeriales y policías federales se logró el aseguramiento de seis integrantes de esta banda de secuestradores, conocida como “Los Jiménez”.
Cabe destacar que los imputados fueron asegurados en el momento en que pretendían cobrar la cantidad de 10 mil pesos, producto de la extorsión en contra del productor de cultivo de caña y sorgo, en el paraje conocido como Ojo de Agua en el Municipio de Puente de Ixtla.
La Procuraduría de Morelos informó que dos integrantes de esta banda de secuestradores y extorsionadores son menores de edad, motivo por el cual fueron puestos a disposición de la Fiscalía Especializada en Adolescentes, mientras que los cuatro adultos ya se encuentran ante el Ministerio Público.
INVESTIGAN SI CUERPO HALLADO EN GUERRERO ES EL JOVEN DESAPARECIDO, ALAN CERON.
La confesión de una persona, aprehendida el medio día del miércoles en el estado de Guerrero, permitió la localizaron del cadáver de un hombre, presuntamente identificado como el joven desaparecido, Alan Israel Cerón Sotelo,
La víctima se encontró enterrado a 70 centimetros de profundidad, en una barranca del camino Viejo Chilpancingo-Zumpango, al norte de la ciudad de la ciudad capital confirmó una fuente de la Procuraduría de Guerrero.

Fuentes oficiales consultadas por este medio presumen que pudiera tratarse del cuerpo del joven Alan Israel Cerón Sotelo, y el hecho es investigado.
Al respecto Miguel Ángel Rosete Flores, abogado de la familia Cerón Sotelo, en breve entrevista telefonica, confirmó la detención de imputado y refirió que junto con agentes ministeriales de Morelos llevan a cabo una diligencia en la capital de Guerrero.
Como se recordara, el joven Alan Cerón fue privado de su libertad por un comando armado identificado por las autoridades como del grupo de "Los Rojos".

LA POLICIA DE CUERNAVACA FRUSTRA ASALTO A BANAMEX.
La Policía Preventiva de Cuernavaca frustró un intento de asalto que dos personas protagonizaron la tarde del miercoeles a la sucursal bancaria Banamex, ubicada en avenida Boulevard Juárez de la colonia Las Palmas.
Los hechos se registraron a las 13:32 horas de este día, cuando efectivos policiales de Cuernavaca realizaban recorridos de vigilancia en la zona y fueron alertados por personas que les hacían señas.
Rápidamente los efectivos se acercaron al lugar, logrando observar que dos personas del sexo masculino salían corriendo de la institución bancaria.
El personal de la sucursal financiera afirmó a las autoridades de la Policía Preventiva que minutos antes ambas personas ingresaron al banco y con un arma de fuego amagaron a una de las cajeras a quien le exigieron el dinero pero al notar la presencia de los policías, los sospechosos emprendieron la huida.
